General terms and conditions applicable to the services of Alma Catering Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 61538566 . Known to the Tax Authorities under VAT number NL002487979B33

1. Services

Alma Catering Amsterdam aims to prepare meals to be delivered to clients at their address on demand.
You can order your meal up to two working days in advance by e-mail: info@almacateringamsterdam.com. You can increase your order up to two working days before the delivery date.
An order is final when Alma Catering Amsterdam has confirmed it to you by e-mail. Alma Catering Amsterdam is free to refuse an order at any time.
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 2 working days before the delivery date at by e-mail: info@almacateringamsterdam.com. Thereafter, the legal ‘right of withdrawal for distance contracts’ does not apply, as the products are perishable in nature and cannot be returned. If the order is for more than 40 people, the cancellation period may vary. Please note the cancellation conditions in our quotation.

2. Account

Before you can place an order, you must register with the following data: your name, address (an alternative delivery address), e-mail address, telephone number. You agree that these details will be used for the management of your account and as part of the delivery and settlement of your orders.
You guarantee to Alma Catering Amsterdam that the information provided by you is correct and complete. Any changes in data should be communicated to Alma Catering Amsterdam in a timely manner to avoid errors in the delivery process.

3. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights relating to our website and our services belong exclusively to Alma Catering Amsterdam and/or our partners and vendors.
Any use you may make of the website and our services is limited to what is provided on the website and in these general terms and conditions.
Alma Catering Amsterdam has the right to use your submitted contributions, such as reviews, for all its current and future activities. Insofar as these contributions are subject to intellectual property rights, you transfer these unconditionally and free of charge to Alma Catering Amsterdam. You also waive as far as possible any personal rights. You warrant to Alma Catering Amsterdam that you have the right to make the submitted contributions available and transfer the rights as described above.
Alma Catering Amsterdam has the right, according to personal preference, to post and/or delete your contribution on the website, with or without mentioning the (user) name provided by the user.

4. Liability

The utmost care is taken to provide the services of Alma Catering Amsterdam and the meals meet the reasonable quality and food hygiene requirements.
However, Alma Catering Amsterdam does not guarantee that the service will be faultless, fully complies with the description and/or image provided, or will produce the result desired by the user. Alma Catering Amsterdam gives no guarantee if any defects have been (partly) caused by the user or a third party and/or defects have arisen due to external factors or incorrect or inexpert use.
Alma Catering Amsterdam reserves the right, if necessary, to make changes to the meal to be delivered. Important changes will be notified at least 1 day before the agreed delivery date, after which you will of course have the option to cancel the order free of charge. 
Complaints should be reported immediately within a reasonable period after delivery with a clear and complete description of the complaints. 
Alma Catering Amsterdam will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence of Alma Catering Amsterdam and/or our directors.

5. Price and payment

The rates for our services are announced via the website.
Payments due for your orders will be collected according to what is agreed and stated on the order invoice
Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation of an order in the manner stipulated on the website and/or in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Privacy

Alma Catering Amsterdam processes and stores the data provided by you as part of our services and adheres to the legal rules on the protection of personal data. 
Your personal data will not be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our services or we are required to do so by law or an order of a competent authority. we use cookies, which allow us to recognize your computer. In this way the ease of use is increased because you do not have to enter your data every time. 
We store and process your personal data as well as reasonably possible, taking into account the current state of technology. 
You have the right at any time to view, correct or change your personal data stored by us. To do so, please contact us at info@almacateringamsterdam.com.

7. General

These terms and conditions and the content of our services may be modified by us at any time. We also have the right to discontinue our services at any time. 
These terms and conditions and our services are governed by Dutch law. The competent court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes. 
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are null and / or destroyed, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The void or voided provision will then automatically be replaced by a provision that is as close as possible to the purpose of the void or voided provision. 
In the event that one or more parts or assets of the company of Alma Catering Amsterdam are transferred, Alma Catering Amsterdam has the right to transfer all parts of the website, including any user contributions, and all accounts.
